Lovingly she lays her hand
Upon a rose fallen within the sand,
Its petals buried beneath the ground
Only the stem and leaves were found;
One petal hidden underneath a stone,
Reflecting a lover that lay all alone
Disquieted dreams plague her in her sleep,
While it burrows beneath the sand and
With the tide will always weep.
The second lay beenath a shell,
Brightly colored and beautiful,
Yet its inside a cold hell-
As it shimmers with translucent tenacity,
Its inside delves into utter insanity-
A curious man brings to the naked ear,
And hears the shallow, screaming ocean inside,
Filled with such desperate fear.
The third is seen within the sky,
Admired by the naked eye;
Held by a seagull's talons within the air,
With goals and fate that become brilliant
And yet tear after failed attempts to fly,
Struggling to get up and become resilient,
Yet the seagull and its companion slowly fall and die.
The last and foremost petal had,
Fallen within the watered sand,
Faced with hardships so strong, yet,
Had buried itself within the land;
And sought forth to carry on.
The young girl watched as this petal dove,
Beneath the earth and valiantly strove,
To create and thrive, to survive within
A decadence laced with malicious sin.
It rose, so great
Yet greater than
The gull's flight, as
It brought itself from beneath the land;
And if this petal could grow,
Into a rose with its proud, red hue,
The girl realized that
She could, too.

Suicide
Blood trickles down my arm
Staning white flesh red
pouring from my vains
With the little strength i have i lift my arm to my mouth
I drink, i drink for friends i've had, friends i'll never have and those who i've lost
My arm falls limp
Maybe it's the pills... i took so many
Maybe it's lack of blood.... which now pools around me
Maybe it's my heart that has shattered into a million peices
Maybe it's all or nothing
Maybe it's you
I trusted you
I loved you like a sister
Now you yell and call me all the things you got mad at others for calling me
Maybe my life will end
Maybe once again my fate will be diffrent
I hear my mom en

Anorexic Heroin
Such a sad destructive girl
She's looking for the blackest pearl
And oh, the ocean seems so big
So many ways that you can drown
Oh Anorexic Heroin
She measures out what's coming in
Oh sugar, sugar Lollipop
Shed kill the world to make it stop
Too much to deal
Too much to say
We'll eject, shoot our lives away
The worlds too wet for us to burn
Now there's nothing left to learn
So I asked the goddess, where to now?
She told me when, but never how
Yea some of us are sweet and dumb
And some of us just need the numb

Razor Slut
It started so many years ago.
A little problem that proceeded to grow,
How big it would get, no one could know.
But if they had, it could have helped so.
She grasped the blade, it touched her skin;
This is where the saga did begin.
She cut herself to remove her sin,
The evil poured out as the steel went in.
She soon realized that each cut brought release
It brought her harmony, brought her peace.
It was a welcome feeling, how could she cease?
The amount of cutting began to increase.
It was a vicious cycle of blood and pain
She'd cut one day, then try to abstain.
You can't understand, because it's hard to explain;

This I made just now, while doing my Honors English homework...this poem reminds me of The Parable of the Sower, for some reason...maybe because the petals are like the seeds, and they both symbolize types of people? I don't know... Well, yeah, this one rhymes...and...enjoy?
